Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days within the US. Shipping times vary based on destination, but we aim to get your order to you within 2-7 business days after it has been processed. International orders can sometimes take longer to arrive depending on the customs process in your country. International customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes related to their order
Returns and Refunds
If you are a US customer, you can return your Skill Board within 30 days of receiving it for a 100% refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The only thing we ask is that your products are sent back in their original condition (unused and clean) and in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping.
Please support@skillboardusa.com for return address. Please include name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for return. We respond to inquiries within two business days.
We are not accepting non-US customer returns at this time - all international sales are final at the time of purchase. All crowdfunding purchases (Kickstarter and Indiegogo) are also final at the time of purchase.
Warranty
Skill Board stands behind our awesome balance products. If you believe you received a defective product, please contact support@skillboardusa.com to open a support case. Please provide images and videos of your product with your email. Product damage from normal use and normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
We warranty each ball for 6 months from the purchase date. Just like wheels on skates wear down from use, Skill Board balls will warp with time and use and you should expect to replace them somewhat regularly. Though the skill board balls are reinforced to better withstand people riding on them, by allowing them to have variable PSI, they are still subject to warping from normal use. We warranty each Skill Board board for 1 year. If the Skill Board is not stored properly in the flat horizontal position, it can also warp with time.
Unfortunately, due to high shipping costs, our warranty is only applicable to the United States. We are unable to replace any Skill Boards or accessories for orders outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and will update this policy should better shipping options arise.
